Water is everywhere-even in the air!

Matter is constantly changing. Ice in your soda melts, glass breaks, paper is ripped. When ice in your soda melts where does it go? What does it become?

What happen to the properties of matter when you bake a yummy chocolate cake? Can you reverse the changes? What about an icy-pole?
